Our platform serves strictly as a technology intermediary designed to help users search for medical professionals, view clinic information, and facilitate appointment bookings. It is essential to understand that GetADoctor does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; we act solely as a bridge between you and independent healthcare providers.

To be eligible to use this platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and ensure that all information you provide during the registration or booking process is accurate and complete. Users are responsible for maintaining the integrity of their bookings and agree not to create fake or misleading appointments. Any misuse of the platform, including attempts to disrupt our services or harm the system infrastructure, may result in immediate termination of access.

Regarding financial transactions, GetADoctor currently does not charge any fees to its users for using the platform. Any consultation or medical service fees are determined solely by the respective doctor or clinic and must be paid directly to them. As we do not process or handle these payments, we are not responsible for any payment-related disputes or issues that may arise between a patient and a provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetADoctor and Deepfin Intelligence Private Limited shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, medical negligence, or outcomes resulting from your interactions with healthcare providers found through our platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically complying with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Intermediary Guidelines of 2021. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
