These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Get A Doctor ("Platform"), owned and operated by Deepfin Intelligence Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

Payment transactions are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment gateway provider.
The Company shall not be responsible for payment failures, banking errors, transaction delays, technical issues, or interruptions caused by payment gateway providers, banks, or payment networks.
Provider subscriptions become active only after successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway.
If a payment is unsuccessful, cancelled, reversed, refunded, or declined, the subscription shall not be activated or may be suspended until successful payment is received.
Users are required to create an account before booking a doctor, treatment, or healthcare service through the Platform.
